I’m Addicted To Cava Grill At The Moment, Here Are 3 Reasons Why
As I sit here munching on the Cava Grill I conveniently ordered on my mobile app, picked up, and enjoying from the comfort of my couch. I figure this place is too good not to share.
What’s Cava Grill? you ask. Well let me enlighten you. Also known as simply ‘Cava’ It’s a Mediterranean culinary brand with a healthy fast-casual restaurant experience featuring customizable salads, pitas, dips, juices and dressings.
It was love at first bite and now I can’t stop indulging, keep reading to find out 3 reasons why you would probably end up loving it too.
Turns Out Cava Is A Fair Replacement
We recently acquired the Cava brand in Jacksonville replacing most of our beloved Zoey’s Kitchen locations. Being an avid Zoey’s lover I was low key devastated to pull up for lunch to learn my quick healthy go to was closed.
I did my research and learned Cava Grill in fact now owns Zoey’s kitchen and was set to replace the brand around town. I also learned they too would be offering fresh fast Mediterranean. Needless to say a few weeks later the doors of Cava opened. Craving fresh food I decided to give this spot a try. To sum it all up, its a Mediterranean Chipotle… but better. I find myself eating from here weekly, I can’t get enough of Cava Grill here’s why…
Delicious For All
Cava is not only healthy with fresh greens and an arraignment of veggies. It also offers well season meats, vegetarian, and vegan options. Even the kid options are delicious for the little ones. Whatever your diet they’ve got a delicious option for you. Unless you don’t enjoy fresh food and veggies. If you’re not into healthy food Cava Grill is NOT the place for you. But even the anti-veg people can find something to enjoy.
What You Get At Cava
Aside from the variety of chef signature bowls, salads, and pitas with pre-made ingredient options, you can do a ‘build your own’ in every option. The Build Your Own option is the best option whereas you control your destiny and make your own bowl or pita. Pile up the ingredients such as hummus, veggies, and toppings as you wish, check with the restaurant for limitations.
So far I’ve tried the following
Harissa Avocado Bowl
Greens + Grains Bowl
Salad Bowl
Cucumber Mint Lime Juice
The combinations of meats and ingredients are endless, I intend to try as many as possible. Every time i’ve ordered I have had not one complaint, in fact, it seems to get better with each visit.
The cuisine is filling, fresh, and flavorful. The cucumber mint lime is highly recommended. other personal fave’s grilled chicken, creamy garlic dressing, roasted eggplant dip, and the pita crisps are intoxicating.
Cost Effective
Even though Cava Grill is a modern more upscale setting, the price is extremely cost effective and affordable. Nothing is over $15.00. You can get a full meal for less than 20.00. In fact, I’ve eaten with my 5 year old daughter twice now for under $20.00. However, our combination of order did not include me having a drink. If you’re in search for something quick, fresh, healthy, and affordable give Cava a try.
Convenient
Cava Grills have popped up all around town, and they have been all the rave. Especially their Town Center location. It’s quite busy, especially during lunch hours. I won’t lie, standing in the long lines is a bit much for me. However, I knew not coming here wasn’t an option my first visit.
After my first visit, I began taking advantage of the mobile app which gives the consumer access to easy and convenient online ordering. You simply pick out your order, pay, and its ready at whatever location you select within 15 mins. Once you arrive at the location, you simply walk in and grab your bag from the shelf. Of course this is most favorable if you want your meal to go. However, if you’re wanting to dine in be prepared for a line depending on the time of day and location.
Cava Grill, The Spot I Didn’t Know I Needed
Even though I feel as if Cava Grill bulldozed its way into our lives, I couldn’t be more happy. A healthy fast food option that’s affordable, it’s literally the spot we needed and didn’t know. Plus, with the online app you’ve got fresh ingredients at your fingertips. Who can refuse. Cava is taking over the country and probably near you or coming soon. Visit their website to find out.
