Styling A Unique Vintage Cropped Sweatshirt, All You Need Is 6 Pieces

A cropped sweatshirt is not only comfortable and fun, it’s sexy. Today we are going to take a vintage one and make it look chic. This look took a total of 6 pieces including the sweatshirt. Keep reading to find out how you too can recreate this look.

Where I Got My Cropped Sweatshirt

A few weekends back a new vintage store called Purple Mangrove opened its doors to the public. This spot not only sells vintage clothing and cool handmade pieces from various vendors, they also serve as a greenhouse and coffee bar. Crazy cute place for you to checkout.

Anyway, I stumbled across the Rebecca Reworked section and found reconstructed sweaters, two piece sets, and all things cute vintage. Long story short I found my ‘London’ sweatshirt and went home a happy customer.

Styling a Cropped Sweatshirt

This look was extremely easy to style, simply because I had all the pieces needed in my closet already. I chose a pair of faux leather trousers, simply because they are an alternative to jeans, sweats, or leggings.

My hair is a mess currently so I chose a chic baseball cap. For the shoes, instead of regular sneakers I went with a pair of platforms that are always ready to go in my closet. Instead of having to carry a bag or wear a cross body, I went with my favorite Love Cortnie fury waist bag. I told you guy you would be seeing this piece often lol.

Im extremely minimal when it comes to accessories so a simple pair of hoops I found at Target was perfect. For lips I chose red to accent the sweatshirt. This color in particular is MAC Russian Red

Final Thoughts

This is the perfect look if you want a stylish yet comfortable chic look. Although it’s more on the mature side, it’s still a fun look.
