I once read a that a grateful heart is a magnet for miracles. This couldn’t be more true. Everyone has a bag they want to get into. This can be happiness, health, money, spirituality. Being grateful is a large portion to get you there. How? That’s a whole different topic really. But to simplify it, The Law Of Attraction. Here are two simple things you can do daily to show gratitude and essentially grow your bag.
#1 Give Thanks
“Thank You” is the password. Telling God “Thank You” as soon as you wake up can plant a seed of greatness in your day. Even if you aren’t a person who practices prayer and or meditation. Saying “Thank You” out loud can make a huge difference alone. Even if waking up is the only thing you have to be thankful that day. Say that. If you want to take it up a notch, mentally reflect and verbally speak what you’re thankful for.
#2 Start/ Write in a Gratitude Journal
There is power in writing things down. It’s magical. I’m not saying you have to dedicate a whole journal (Maybe you should) . However, taking a few minutes each day to write down what you are thankful for can help you visually see all the good you have in your life.
Moving forward, read it daily and watch how fast the list grows. When you begin to show thankfulness for what you have you begin to attract more positive vibes your way to receive more.
It’s really that simple. Before you know it, you’ll be show gratitude in many different ways! Now that we’ve got gratitude covered, let’s work on peace. Here are a few ways to find peace in your life
